2. Application Process
2.1. All Applicants must complete the official application form and submit all necessary documents as requested by the Company.
2.2. Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required documents and fees have been received.
2.3. A non-refundable processing fee of RM250 must be paid prior to the commencement of application processing. Applications will not be considered confirmed until this payment is made.
2.4. Payment of the processing fee constitutes acceptance of these terms and the initiation of services by the Company.

3. Services Provided
3.1. Linkway Consultancy provides consultation, guidance, and application support for students seeking to study abroad.
3.2. The Company will assist Applicants in selecting suitable institutions, compiling documents, and submitting applications.
3.3. The Company does not guarantee admission to any educational institution or approval of any visa application.

4. Applicant Responsibilities
4.1. The Applicant must provide true, complete, and accurate information throughout the entire application process.
4.2. The Applicant must comply with all deadlines and provide documents in a timely manner.
4.3. Failure to comply may result in delays or rejection of applications, for which the Company shall not be held liable.

5. Fees and Refunds
5.1. The RM250 processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, rejection, or change of plans by the Applicant.
5.2. Additional charges may apply for other services, including translations, courier fees, or university-specific charges. These will be communicated to the Applicant in advance.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1. All personal information provided by the Applicant will be handled in accordance with relevant data protection laws and used solely for the purposes of providing consultancy services.
6.2. The Company will not share any information with third parties except for partner institutions and required authorities as part of the application process.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Linkway Consultancy is not responsible for the final decision made by any university, college, or immigration authority.
7.2. The Company will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Amendments
8.1. Linkway Consultancy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official platforms.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
